Welcome to Tilo: AI Meeting Notes Summary (“Tilo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) explain the rules for using our website, application, services, tools, and features.

By accessing or using Tilo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. About Tilo

Tilo is an AI-powered meeting assistant that helps users attend online meetings, process meeting recordings, summarize audio or video content, generate meeting notes, extract action items, and summarize uploaded documents such as PDFs.

Tilo is designed to help with productivity and organization. It does not replace human review, professional judgment, or legal, financial, medical, or business advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your country, to use Tilo.

By using Tilo, you confirm that you have the legal right and authority to agree to these Terms.

3. User Accounts

Some features may require you to create an account or connect third-party services such as Google, calendar tools, meeting platforms, cloud storage, or email services.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You are also responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to update it when necessary.

4. Meeting Recordings, Documents, and User Content

You may upload or provide content such as meeting recordings, audio files, video files, transcripts, PDFs, documents, notes, meeting titles, participant information, and related materials (“User Content”).

You keep ownership of your User Content. By using Tilo, you give us permission to process your User Content only as needed to provide the service, such as generating summaries, notes, transcripts, action items, or other requested outputs.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and consent to upload, record, process, summarize, or share any User Content through Tilo.

5. Meeting Consent and Legal Responsibility

You are responsible for following all applicable laws, rules, and platform policies related to meeting recording, transcription, AI attendance, and data processing.

Before recording, transcribing, or summarizing a meeting, you are responsible for informing participants and obtaining consent where required.

Tilo is not responsible for your failure to obtain required permissions or consent.

6. Google Calendar Access

If you connect Google Calendar, you authorize Tilo to access calendar information needed to provide meeting assistant features.

Tilo may use Google Calendar data to identify meetings, meeting times, meeting links, and related event information so the service can attend or process meetings requested by the user.

Tilo does not sell Google Calendar data. Tilo does not use Google Calendar data for advertising. Tilo uses Google Calendar data only for user-facing meeting assistant functionality.

7. No Permanent Storage of Meeting Data

Tilo is designed so that we do not permanently store meeting recordings, uploaded files, transcripts, PDFs, or generated meeting notes on our own server.

Content may be processed temporarily to provide the requested service. Temporary processing may include use in memory, queues, caches, logs, or systems needed for functionality, security, debugging, or service operation.

For more information, please read our Privacy Policy.

8. AI-Generated Output

Tilo uses artificial intelligence to generate summaries, notes, action items, insights, and other outputs.

AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it, sharing it, or using it for important decisions.

Tilo does not guarantee that summaries, transcripts, notes, or action items will be fully accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific purpose.

9. Acceptable Use
